Pornstar Martini

Recipe:

50ml
vanilla vodka

15ml
passion fruit liquor

15ml
freshly squeezed lime juice

15ml
simple syrup

1/2
passion fruit

Shot of champagne

Instructions:

Shake:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, passionfruit liquor, lime juice, syrup, and the pulp from the passion fruit

Shake Vigorously:
Shake the mixture well for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled

Strain:
Strain the cocktail through a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass to remove the ice and the passionfruit seeds

Garnish: Gently place the half passionfruit on the top of the cocktail for a decorative touch

Serve:
Traditionally, a Pornstar Martini is served with a shot of champagne or prosecco on the side. Pour this into a small glass and serve along side the cocktail.
